SciFi and Fantasy Art: Flying under the influence

My entry for the Paparazzi of the Woods project on Bifrost.
The number one cause of Pegusi crashes is alcohol (heehee). Watch this poor guy tumble straight out of the sky - how embarrassing! And what is worse, someone was hiding in the bushes to take a photo of it! Not how our winged friend wishes to be seen I imagine :-)

This originally was planned to be one of a set of 'photos' but the others didn't work out.
Acrylic and coloured pencil on drawing paper. I added the frame on the pc because it looked better than the one I had drawn on the picture! :-)

Hehe that's hilarious! It would be funny to see a drunk pegasus ;o) Not sure I'd want to see one with a hangover, though...I can just imagine the tests now...the police pegasus making him try to fly in a straight line...;o)

1 Iseult Murphy replies: "Flying in a straight line! lol! I wouldn't want to see a pegasus with a hangover either, humans are bad enough! Thanks for the lovely comment"

LOL!! ^_^ That's great! I tried to do something for that project, but couldn't get an idea going! Very well done with the pose, colors, and background! You really did a wonderful job on this!!

1 Iseult Murphy replies: "It took me ages to come up with an idea as well - it is a shame you didn't get something in the project. Perhaps the next one? Some unusual elemental... I must look at the description again and put my thinking cap on. *heehee* Thanks for the lovely comment."

Hhahaha! This picture makes me laugh so hard! I've never seen anything this simply funny about Pegasus' before. I love the expression on his face. Kind of dismay and disbelief.

1 Iseult Murphy replies: "Silly pegasus flying with drink on him! I'm glad you saw the humour in it. Thanks for the lovely comment."

hahahha very funny 2 and a very good work, I never managed to get on well with acrylics. And hey, if you drink, don't fly.

1 Iseult Murphy replies: "Hi Santiago! *hugs* thanks for stopping by. As you say - if you drink, don't fly! (and this goes for fairies and dragons as well!) Acrylics can be cool to work with but they can be hard too. Thanks for the lovely comment."

Awesome. Drunk horses with wings! I really love the idea, but the artwork is great, too. I love the bold shading. It always looks better when i don't do it. Very nice.
